Bir Billing vs Kamshet — which site for which flyer

Kamshet is the accessible site: 1 hour from Pune, 2.5 from Mumbai, gentle ridges, long October–May season, heavy tandem traffic and the main P1/P2 training ground in the west.

Bir Billing is the destination site: 2,400 m launches, XC potential, India's competition heritage. It's further, more expensive to reach, and the flying windows are tighter — but the ceiling on what's possible is much higher.

The easy rule: if you're asking 'where do I start', Kamshet. If you're asking 'where do I push', Bir. The two sites aren't competitors — they're different stages of the same sport.
